At North Carolina State University, Anu was a Caldwell Fellow and a correspondent for the school newspaper, The Technician. She gained valuable experience through internships at the General Assembly, the Governor’s Office, and the City ofRaleigh. Public service has long been Anu’s aspiration, fostered and solidified through her internships and undergraduate experiences. She views local and state government as pillars of service-oriented leadership, embodying the ethos of servant-leadership she values deeply. Anu sees theLFNC program as an opportunity to delve into the inner workings of local government and collaborate with a cohort of dedicated individuals united in their commitment to community service.
