Ryan Bullard is serving his fellowship with the Town of Topsail Beach. He graduated from UNC-Greensboro with bachelor’s degrees in history and political science, and received his master of arts in history from UNC-Charlotte. He also completed a graduate certificate in security studies from East Carolina University. While at UNCG, he was inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. At UNCC, he served as vice president of the Graduate History Association (GHA) and the program chairman for the 34th annual GHA forum. He previously served as a Board of Adjustment member for his hometown of Kernersville, North Carolina.
