Nadiyah Randolph’s service plan with the Town of Robersonville focuses on supporting infrastructure projects and strengthening the Town’s capacity to plan and carry them out. She will conduct policy and operational analysis to help staff assess current practices, coordinate projects, and make informed decisions about implementation and long-term needs. Working across Town functions, she will gain exposure to project coordination, policy evaluation, and strategic planning in a small municipal government. Through this work, Nadiyah will build skills in local government research, analysis, and project support while contributing to efforts to strengthen Robersonville’s infrastructure and operations.

Nadiyah Randolph graduated from Fayetteville State University with a degree in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology and will pursue a Master of Public Health at East Carolina University. Nadiyah is passionate about health equity, community engagement, and expanding opportunities for underserved populations.
