During her time at UNC Greensboro, Mykalia held numerous leadership roles, includingPresident of The Legal Professions Association, and a member of PiSigma Alpha, The National Political Science Honor Society. Mykalia’s visionfor her community is centered on expanding resources, enhancingaccessibility, and fostering informed decision-making. She aims to prioritizetransparency to propel the community forward, ensuring growth thatincludes reaching new individuals while meeting the needs of currentconstituents. Mykalia hopes the Town of Sims will reflect on its progress,recognize the perseverance, and continue to strive for ongoingimprovement and excellence.
