At Elon University, Moriah was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the political science honor society. Last year, she served as the Elon Year of Service Fellow with Impact Alamance under their education initiative, Alamance Achieves. She is excited to work with Marshville’s economic development department. Moriah hopes to help create a community where basic needs are met, allowing people to thrive and fostering pride and desirability in their hometown. She believes change stems from the community and looks forward to listening and learning to make this vision a reality.
