Mallie Clara is the Lead for North Carolina Fellow for the Town of Sandyfield. Mallie Clara, a Morehead-Cain Scholar, graduated with highest distinction from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Integrated Health Studies and minors in Chemistry and Medicine, and Literature and Culture. Reflecting her commitment to community, Mallie Clara volunteered at UNC as a peer supporter, assisting students and staff experiencing mental health challenges. She has experience guiding strategy at a regional philanthropy foundation, providing clinical care at UNC Health, and working as a health equity analyst at a local health-tech startup.
