Lillian Propst is the Lead for North Carolina Fellow for Elizabeth City. She graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina with a BA in Public Policy and Environmental Studies and a minor in Environmental Justice. While at UNC, she completed a comprehensive Farmland Preservation Report for the Chatham County Soil & Water Conservation District. She is excited to be a fellow, as this Lead for NC fellowship ties together real-world experience and community-focused government, enabling policies to be translated into tangible action.
