Kennedy Young is serving his fellowship with Land of Sky Regional Council, which includes local governments in Madison, Buncombe, Henderson, and Transylvania Counties. Young graduated magna cum laude and was recognized as a University Scholar of Distinction in political science from the UNC-Asheville Honors Program. He holds a degree in political science with minors in history and economics.
