During her time at Davidson College, Haley served as a Civic Engagement Chair for her eating house, volunteered as a tour guide, and participated in a tutoring program. Haley graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History, which culminated in a senior research paper on the relationship between congressional incivility and electoral cycles. Through this project, Haley found an interest in how government functions at the local level. As an LFNC Fellow, Haley hopes to combine her academic interests and commitment to community to help serve the people of North Carolina. Haley is eager to use the skills and knowledge she develops as a fellow to support her future career in law.
