Abigail Buxton is the Lead for North Carolina Fellow for Henderson County. Abigail graduated with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Public Policy, a BA in Peace, War, and Defense, and a minor in Education. She is originally from Litchfield, NH but after spending 4 years in NC for college, she considers it her home away from home. She has previous experience working in local government as an intern for a campaign and volunteering as a Senate Page, Election Official, and other local government positions in her home state of New Hampshire. She is very excited to be a fellow to continue serving people at the local government level.
