Eva Davis is serving her fellowship in Buncombe County. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she served as captain of the women’s rugby team. Following her studies, Davis completed an internship with Hospitality House of Northwestern North Carolina, a regional nonprofit homelessness services agency serving seven rural counties. After the internship, she continued her involvement with Hospitality House as a food services specialist.
