Robbie Shinn served his fellowship in the Town of Landis. His easement acquisition ensured the installation and maintenance of vital sewer infrastructure. Shinn’s production of GIS mapping fulfilled a range of requests and resulted in substantial cost savings for the town. His work on a records digitization project also improved accessibility and organization of critical information.

Shinn graduated from East Carolina University, where he majored in geography and swam competitively.
