Dylan Andrews served his fellowship in the Town of Vass. He played a pivotal role in establishing a program that encouraged senior citizens’ active involvement in the community. Andrews also collaborated with the town planner to modernize zoning regulations and enhance the Town’s databases, contributing to more efficient urban planning. Among his notable achievements during his fellowship was securing $650,000 in rural transformation grant funding, allocating $50,000 for a new pocket park.

Andrews graduated cum laude from Campbell University and was inducted into Pi Gamma Mu honor society. He interned with the Sanford Area Growth Alliance, where he worked with the economic development team to attract new businesses to the area. He also worked with the local Chamber of Commerce to support local businesses and provide resources to help them navigate the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
