Jasmine Dyle served her fellowship with the Piedmont Triad Council of Governments. She created the Community Health Workers Program to serve as a liaison for clients 60 and older and living in Guilford and Forsyth Counties with complex medical, mental, social, or behavioral impairments. The program helped clients access community resources and services, and facilitates communication with health care providers and social service organizations.

Dyle graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a bachelor of business administration in management and a minor in public health.
