Laney Taylor is the Lead for North Carolina Fellow for the Town of Clayton. Laney graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Centre College with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. While at Centre, Laney was elected to the Student Judiciary and named a John C. Young Scholar. She has previous experience working in public health research and is a current Master of Public Administration student at UNC Chapel Hill.
