At North Carolina State University, Jade held leadership positions in Alpha Phi Omega, including Fellowship Vice President and Membership Vice President. She is excited about her role in community engagement and looks forward to acquiring new skills that will advance her career. In the summer of 2023, Jade served as the Teen Leadership Program Coordinator at YMCA Camp Kanata, a role that deeply resonates with her identity. It reinforced her passion for mentoring and coaching individuals to reach their fullest potential, emphasizing the importance of each person within a community and organizational setting. These experiences motivate Jade to strive for personal growth and achieve her aspirations.
